Our Story
Rebecca began providing services over 30 years ago and has continued to recognize the demand for inclusive support for rehabilitation, vocational services, neurodiverse, developmental, educational, mental health and older adult services in the Greater Niagara and Hamilton regions. As the need for such services became increasingly evident, she established Evolve and Resolve Comprehensive Life Solutions, a collaborative and unique service to address these diverse needs within her home community. Rebecca's dedication to creating a diverse company focused on community support and collaboration has allowed for growth of services into other regions both via in-person services and virtually across Canada.
She is passionate about community involvement, currently serving as a Director-at-Large with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada. Rebecca has previously served on Community Boards for Acquired Brain Injury and has devoted a significant portion of her career to providing rehabilitation services to those who sustained an ABI.

Spirals
The spiral shell serves as a profound symbol of life’s journey, evolvement, and creative growth. Like the graceful curve of the shell, life unfolds in a continuous spiral of experiences, each layer building upon the last, guiding us towards greater understanding and wisdom.
Just as the shell grows and expands in a spiraling motion, so too do we as individuals, constantly evolving and growing through our experiences. The spiral represents the endless possibilities for growth and transformation that life presents us with, each turn offering new opportunities for learning, healing, and self-discovery.
In its intricate design, the spiral shell also embodies the concept of creativity, as each spiral is a unique expression of nature’s beauty. Similarly, we are invited to tap into our own creative potential, embracing the endless possibilities within us to express ourselves and shape our own destinies.
Moreover, the spiral shell symbolizes healing and renewal, as it is often associated with the ocean, a source of cleansing and rejuvenation. Just as the waves wash over the shell, smoothing its surface and revealing its inner beauty, so too can we find solace and renewal in the ebb and flow of life’s currents, emerging stronger and more resilient with each cycle.
Ultimately, the spiral shell reminds us to embrace life’s twists and turns, to welcome change and transformation as opportunities for growth, and to trust in the infinite potential that lies within us to create, heal, and evolve.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that we are working on the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe people, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. We honor and respect the enduring relationship that Indigenous peoples have with Turtle Island, and we recognize their contributions and stewardship of these lands throughout history and into the present.
